Application Notes
RAVENOL Bohroel-Konzentrat SH is used as an emulsion for general cutting applications (boring, turning, milling), including high demands. Use in stand-alone machines, machining centres and main systems.
RAVENOL Bohroel-Konzentrat SH is used for processing any material without restriction. Also suitable for grinding.
Emulsion Care and Control:
The concentration of the RAVENOL Bohröl-Konzentrat SH emulsion can be checked with a manual refractometer. If the RAVENOL Bohröl-Konzentrat SH emulsion shows early signs of instability or bacteria-infestation after extended service life, disinfectant can be added.
Application Concentrations:
Use RAVENOL Bohröl-Konzentrat SH as follows:
- for cutting approx. 5 to 10%
- for grinding approx. 2 to 3%
Refractometer multiplier: 1.0
Add the respective mixing ratio of the concentrate to water.
Using a mixer is recommended.
The requirements of TRGS 611 are fulfilled.
